This guide describes how to slow down a video in Google Drive to make it easier to transcribe audio.
The first step in slowing down the video is to open the video options panel as seen below. To do this click on the cog wheel located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Next select the playback speed menu.
Finally, choose your desired speed. 0.75 and 0.5 are recommended.
