Celebrating Earth Day

April 22 is Earth Day, which "marks the anniversary of what many consider the birth of the modern environmental movement in 1970." Earth Day was founded by U.S. Senator Gaylord Nelson from Wisconsin. "The first Earth Day led to the creation of the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the passage of the Clean AirClean Water, and Endangered Species Acts."  Below are some recent books related to Earth Day:
