The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has provided COVID-19 cases, data & surveillance info.
"Race and ethnicity are risk markers for other underlying conditions that impact health — including socioeconomic status, access to health care, and increased exposure to the virus due to occupation (e.g., frontline, essential, and critical infrastructure workers)."

"We’ve lost at least 38,021 Black lives to COVID-19 to date. Black people account for 21% of COVID-19 deaths where race is known." This includes race and ethnicity data
by state where race is taken into account.
The web site also include newspaper articles that highlight reasons for racial disparities.
