CCM 101: Public Speaking with Dr. de Onis: Demographics of WU's students

Socio-Economic Analysis of Families of Incoming Willamette's Undergrads in Fall 2013

WORD document showing survey results from a few years ago that was obtained from an email correspondence between Gary Klein (Hatfield Library) and Michael Moon (Institutional Research):

All of these question were part of a survey Willamette University administered to first time undergrads during Opening Days in Fall 2013:

  • How many colleges other than Willamette did WU's first year students apply to?
  • Was the student accepted by their first choice college?
  • Where did Willamette stand among each student's choices?
  • Extent to which the "current economic situation" affected each student's college choice
  • Highest level of education achieved by each student's Father
  • Highest level of education achieved by each student's Mother
  • Does one or more of the student's parents have some college experience?
  • What is the best estimate of each student's parents' total income last year? (in 2012)
